1. Who these terms apply to

These terms cover your use of trustedweightloss.co.uk ("the site"), operated by Trusted Weight Loss. By using the site you accept them; if you don't accept them, the only remedy we can offer is not using the site.

2. Information, not advice

Everything published here — price tables, verification notes, safety guides — is general information for UK consumers. It is not medical advice, and it is not a recommendation that you take, stop taking, or switch any medicine. Mounjaro (tirzepatide) and Wegovy (semaglutide) are prescription-only medicines; decisions about them belong with a qualified prescriber who knows your history. Nothing on this site replaces that conversation, and we'd be suspicious of any site that claimed otherwise.

3. We do not sell medicines

The site does not sell, supply, prescribe or dispense any medicine, and our price tables are not an offer of supply. They are price information gathered from providers' own published pages, presented for comparison. When you buy from a provider, your contract is with that provider alone, on that provider's terms.

4. Prices and accuracy

We check prices against providers' own pages and stamp the table with the date of the last check, but providers change prices without telling us. Always confirm the current price on the provider's site before you commit. Where our table and a provider's checkout disagree, the checkout wins — and we'd appreciate the correction report.

5. Outbound links

Nothing about our outbound links to providers affects the order of the table (sorted by price) or a provider's presence on it (set by our verification checks). No provider can pay to move up or to be listed. Our one editorial recommendation is always labelled as such.

6. Third-party sites

Links to providers, regulators and other third parties take you to sites we don't control. We verify providers' registrations at the time of listing and re-check on a rolling basis, but we are not responsible for third-party content, pricing, service or data handling.

7. Our content

The text, design and data compilations on this site belong to Trusted Weight Loss. You're welcome to quote reasonable extracts with attribution and a link. Scraping the site wholesale, or republishing our tables as your own, is not permitted.

8. Limits of liability

We take accuracy seriously — it's the whole point of the site — but the site is provided "as is", and to the extent the law allows we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on it, including decisions about providers or purchases. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing in them limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute — though we'd rather you just emailed us first.
